You must not share your account login details with any other person. viptakabd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify viptakabd support immediately via 24/7 live chat so that your account can be secured without delay.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. viptakabd will notify the registered email address before applying dormancy status. A dormant account may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as outlined in the account fee schedule accessible from your account dashboard. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required re-verification steps.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The first withdrawal from any account requires full completion of KYC identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals from a fully verified account are processed without additional documentation requirements, unless a periodic re-verification request is issued.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific bonus credited to your account. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

The viptakabd platform operates exclusively in BDT. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard from international cards may be subject to a currency conversion applied by the issuing bank at their prevailing exchange rate. viptakabd does not control or determine the exchange rate applied by issuing banks and accepts no responsibility for any currency conversion costs incurred by the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

viptakabd offers a structured promotions programme for registered Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, and validity periods.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New viptakabd accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

6. Betting & Game Rules

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific or market-specific rules, the game-specific or market-specific rules shall take precedence for that particular game or market.

6.1 Casino Games

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viptakabd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a software error are void and will be removed from your account balance.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the viptakabd platform or its underlying technology.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

viptakabd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or if account closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction requiring account closure.
• Receipt of a player-initiated self-exclusion request via the responsible gaming tools or via 24/7 live chat.

7.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money BDT balance remaining in a verified account — net of any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or terms violations — will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked winnings are not returned on account closure. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond viptakabd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

8.1 Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viptakabd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the viptakabd platform.
• Any loss arising from a third-party failure, including failures of mobile network operators (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), internet service providers, or device manufacturers.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any delay or failure in processing a transaction caused by circumstances outside viptakabd's direct control.
• The accuracy or completeness of live sports data, in-play odds, or match statistics displayed within the viptakabd sports betting interface.

8.2 Maximum Aggregate Liability

Where viptakabd is found liable to a player under these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of viptakabd to that player in respect of all claims arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to viptakabd in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless viptakabd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the viptakabd platform; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your account.

8.4 Governing Principles

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and good faith.
